Attack on UN convoy in Hadhramout province Yemen. 2 personnel of the Yemeni forces were killed.
The spokesperson of the United Nations International Office for Migration told that two security personnel were killed on Friday who were providing security to the convoy of the UN from the Sayon area to Murab.
The statement issued that no UN official was injured in the attack.
Speaking to a foreign news agency representative, a UN official said that the suspects attacked in an ambush near the city of Al Abar in the eastern province of Hadhramout, Yemen.
The commander of Yemen’s Special Task Battalion, Lt. Gen. Mr. Saleh Muhammad, said that the attackers were identified as Saeed Qarwan and Salam Mubarak Al-Bahri.
