A dead body has been found from the landing gear of a Lufthansa airline flight from Iran to Germany.
According to the Reuters news agency, a body was found in the landing gear of a Lufthansa Airlines flight from Iran’s capital Tehran to Frankfurt, Germany on Thursday.
A report published in German newspaper Daily Bird said that the body was discovered after all passengers had disembarked from flight LH 601 and the plane was taken to a hangar for maintenance.
The presence of a body in the landing gear of a Lufthansa Airbus A340 aircraft was reported by the hangar staff.
According to the information on the Lufthansa website, flight LH601 has been canceled for Friday.
Lufthansa Airlines and German police have declined to comment on the body’s whereabouts.
It should be noted that the issue of the presence of a body in the flight from Tehran has occurred at a time when there are nationwide protests against the death of Mahsa Amini in Iran.
Mehsa Amini, a 22-year-old Kurdish Iranian woman, was detained by Iran’s moral police for not wearing the hijab properly, after which she was reportedly tortured and killed.
Since this incident, protests have continued in different areas of Iran in which many people have been killed while many have been detained.
