Pakistan team reached the semi-finals of T20 World Cup after defeating Bangladesh.
In the match played in Adelaide, Bangladesh had given Pakistan a target of 128 runs to win, which the green shirts achieved at the loss of 5 wickets.
Chasing the target, captain Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan opened the innings and put on a partnership of 57 runs.
Bangladeshi bowler Naseem Ahmed caught Babar Azam out for 25 runs in the 11th over.
Pakistan’s second wicket fell on 61 runs in the 12th over of the innings when Mohammad Rizwan was caught out for 32 runs.
Pakistan’s third wicket fell on 92 runs when Bangladeshi fielder Laton Das ran out Mohammad Nawaz for 4 runs.
Pakistan’s fourth wicket was taken by Shakib Al Hasan for 121 runs, he dismissed Mohammad Haris for 31 runs.

Earlier in the match, Bangladesh won the toss and batted first.
Bangladesh’s second wicket fell for 73 runs in the 11th over when Soumya Sarkar scored 20 runs and was caught out by Shadab Khan.
In the same over, on the very next ball, Shadab Khan dismissed Bangladesh captain Shakib-ul-Hasan LB double.
Bangladesh’s fourth wicket was taken by Iftikhar Ahmed for 91 runs in the 14th over. Najam Al Hussain was bowled by scoring 54 runs.
