NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says the coming months will be difficult for Ukraine.
He said that Russian President Putin intends to make Ukraine cold and dark in winter, we should not underestimate the capabilities of the Russian army.
In the press conference after the meeting with the Dutch foreign and defense ministers in the Netherlands, the Secretary General of NATO further said that Ukraine has to set the conditions for talks with Russia.
He said that we have to support Ukraine in negotiations with Russia.
He said that we should not misunderstand Russia, Russia still occupies a large part of Ukraine, we should strengthen the hands of Ukraine.
