The world’s largest iceberg in the South Pole, A76A, is now close to melting, the American space agency NASA has released a new image of the iceberg.
As US National Ice Center report, the iceberg is 135 km long and 26 km wide, measured in June 2021.
The meltdown of the A-76A has accelerated and is now nearing its end.
NASA took a picture of the avalanche on October 31, in which it can be seen in the Drake Passage.
This passage is located between the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean.
