Yuri Ignat described the situation on the day of the incident and said that at least 50 missiles flew from the sky near the border with Ukraine, 30 of which were launched by the Ukrainian air defense system. “Both Russia and Ukraine launched missiles, so the missile fragments that fell into Poland may have come from both Russia and Ukraine.”
