Bans installation of Chinese security cameras

The British government has banned the installation of Chinese-made security cameras in government departments and ministries.

According to foreign media, British Minister Oliver Dowden has said in his statement. That in view of any security risk faced by Britain, it has been decid to ban the installation of Chinese-made security cameras.

Britain has also discouraged Chinese law requiring companies to share surveillance system intelligence with Beijing’s security services.
