For a few days, there were rumors in the world of showbiz that Johnny Depp is returning with his popular character Jack Sparrow in the new part of the popular movie ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’.
But Disney has denied any such plans. According to Disney, the new Pirates of the Caribbean installment is currently not in the works.
Disney added that Johnny Depp would not be involved.
Remember that Johnny Depp was in the first part of Pirates of the Caribbean in 2003.
Since then, Johnny Depp played the role in Pirates of the Caribbean from 2006 to 2017.
Earlier, British magazine The Sun claimed that Disney is soon to start filming the new installment and that Johnny Depp is returning as Captain Jack Sparrow.
