Five people were killed in an explosion in a bus carrying employees of an oil company in the northern province of Balkh, Afghanistan.
According to the spokesperson of Balkh Police, a bus belonging to oil company employees has been bombed by terrorists at 7 am this morning near Syedabad Mor in district 3 of Mazar-i-Sharif city.
The spokesman of the Afghan police has said that 4 people have also been injured as a result of the explosion, the bodies and the injured have been transferred to the local hospital.
According to the Afghan police, no group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
