The head of NATO has expressed fears that the war in Ukraine could spiral out of control and turn into a war between Russia and NATO.

According to the Associated Press, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg told Norwegian broadcaster NRK in an interview that “if things go wrong, they can go horribly wrong.”
He said that there is a terrible war in Ukraine. It is also a war that could become an all-out war that would escalate into a larger war between NATO and Russia. We are working on it every day to avoid it.
“There is no doubt that an all-out war is possible,” said the NATO secretary-general, who is a former Norwegian prime minister.
He added that it is important to avoid a conflict that involves more European countries and becomes an all-out war.
Russia has repeatedly accused NATO allies of taking sides in the conflict by supplying Ukraine with weapons, training its troops, and providing military intelligence to attack Russian forces.
The President of Russia has said that his country can use the US method of pre-emptive strike in case of danger.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said, “If we talk about a disarming attack, it is important to think as the United States did about the idea of taking the initiative to ensure its own security.”
Long before the Ukraine war, Russia had expressed reservations about America’s ability to strike and destroy a threat anywhere in the world within an hour.
