On December 11, Turkish President Erdogan had a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The two sides discussed the latest developments in the current situation in Russia and Ukraine.

According to a statement issued by the Press Service of the Turkish Presidency, Erdogan said that Turkey will continue to work hard to meet the humanitarian aid needs of the Ukrainian people during the difficult winter, and that the agreement on the export of agricultural products from the Black Sea ports can be expanded to include different food and other merchandise. Erdogan also said he hoped to find a solution to the Zapor-o hye issue.
