Human-Heart-

Heart failure refers to a syndrome in which cardiac output is reduced due to heart damage and cannot meet the metabolic needs of human tissues under the condition of normal venous return. According to clinical symptoms, it can be divided into left heart failure, right heart failure, and whole heart failure. The most typical symptoms of heart failure are varying degrees of dyspnea, aggravated by activities, orthopnea in severe cases; cough with a large amount of white velvety pink foamy phlegm; loss of appetite, and edema of both lower extremities. In addition, patients with rheumatic heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, dilated cardiomyopathy, and hypertension should be more vigilant when the hot summer comes, and they need to check their hearts regularly. The weather is hot in summer, and the human body will expand the blood vessels on the body’s surface to dissipate heat. Most of the blood is distributed on the body’s surface, and the blood supply to the heart and brain is reduced. It will aggravate the ischemic hypoxic response in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; increase the damage and necrosis of heart and brain cells, and aggravate the disease. What’s more, hot weather makes patients easily irritable, which can cause sympathetic nerve excitement, increase heart rate, and increase myocardial oxygen consumption. In addition, hot and dry weather in summer also greatly reduces sleep quality. These are easy to make the heart “fragile” heart failure in summer. Heart failure is the final result of various cardiovascular diseases. It is the most common cause of death due to cardiovascular diseases. It has a high mortality rate, and its 5-year survival rate is similar to that of malignant tumors, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. The manifestations of early heart failure are not typical. Some patients will experience shortness of breath during more strenuous activities, chest tightness, and shortness of breath when going upstairs, which can be relieved after rest. Some people suffer from breathlessness and chest tightness after falling asleep at night, and need to use several pillows to help them to be comfortable. Every night, the lower limbs are swollen, fatigued, dizzy, and memory loss. In addition to the above clinical manifestations, some routine examinations such as echocardiography can also be performed, which is currently the most accurate, easiest and most commonly used method for diagnosing heart failure. There are also some patients with recessive heart failure who do not feel particularly strange. If it is not for echocardiography and other examinations that show that their hearts are enlarged and their functions are weakened, these patients have almost missed the best treatment period
