Two skiers have gone missing after an avalanche in Austria. Police forces are still searching for them.

According to the news agency, the head of the Austrian tourism office says that 10 skiers were caught in an avalanche, of which 8 were evacuated.

The foreign media quoted the police as saying that out of the 10 rescued skiers, 2 people were seriously injured and have been shifted to the city hospital.

According to foreign media, rescue teams and helicopters are continuing to search for these missing persons.

Austrian region of Lesch is one of the best skis in the world. This area surrounded by avalanches is considered dangerous.
