The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared 2 cough syrups from India substandard after the deaths of 2 children in Uzbekistan.

According to foreign media, the World Health Organization says that cough syrup (AMBRONOL) and (DOK-1 Max) failed to meet the quality standards.

According to reports, both these syrups are manufactured by an Indian company in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The Indian company has not given any guarantee to the World Health Organization regarding the quality of these two syrups.
