The Russian Ministry of Defense has blamed the Ukrainian army for the attack on a hospital in the eastern region of Luhansk, in which 14 people were killed and 24 injured.

The statement said that this hospital has been providing necessary medical assistance to the local population and soldiers for the past several months.
“A deliberate attack on an active medical center is a serious war crime committed by the Kiev government,” the Defense Ministry statement added.
