After examining the woman, the doctors said that sometimes it happens that the woman cannot see anything for several seconds, especially at night when she wakes up from sleep, she does not see anything.

According to doctors, the woman has been diagnosed with smartphone vision syndrome, which is caused by prolonged use of devices such as computers, smartphones or tablets, which can lead to blindness.

Due to a timely diagnosis, the woman was instructed to reduce screen time with medication, after which she was able to recover her vision.

Health experts have advised smartphone users to avoid looking at the screens of digital devices for long periods of time.

According to health experts, a break of 20 seconds after every 20 minutes is necessary; otherwise vision may be lost.
