On May 25, local time, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan, and Azerbaijani President Aliyev held a three-party meeting in Moscow, the capital of Russia.

During the meeting, the three parties discussed issues such as the situation in Naka and the normalisation of relations between Asia and Afghanistan. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the talks that the difficulties faced by the three parties in resolving the Asia-Afghanistan issue can be overcome, that there are only purely technical problems in front of them, and that the situation is developing in a good direction.

Putin said that the three countries will hold deputy prime minister-level talks a week later to resolve some specific details.
