According to the Al-Masrid website, it can be seen in the viral video that the Egyptian citizen is decorating the table with breakfast items and giving free breakfast to everyone who passes by.
Breakfast includes paneer, halawah (a sweet dish made from sesame seeds), salad, and tomiya (Arabic fritters made from lentils).
The Egyptian citizen providing free breakfast is also reciting the verse of the Holy Quran in which Allah praises the one who feeds the needy.
The Egyptian citizen asks every passerby what he likes for breakfast. Breakfast is served according to his choice.
