The son of the leader of India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state in Madhya Pradesh, india has been accuse of sexually abusing two girls.
According to NDTV, the son of a BJP leader from Madhya Pradesh is among those accused of gang-raping. A girl and sexually abusing her younger sister in Datia district.
After this incident, the relatives of the victim girls and local people surrounded the police station. And demand action, after which two accuse were arrest. The area is home to state Home Minister Narottam Mishra, who represents the Datia Assembly constituency.
On the other hand, the BJP office in Datia district said on Sunday that strict action will be take. Against the son of a local leader of the party if he is involve in the incident.
According to the police, one of the victim girls made an unsuccessful attempt to commit suicide. By putting a noose around her neck and was take to the hospital, where she is undergoing treatment. All the accused involved in the incident belong to the Unnao police station area.
Superintendent of Police Pradeep Sharma says that the victim girls and the accused are students. And the police are investigating the matter.
He added that the complainant has stated that she and her elder sister were kidnappe by four people. And taken to a house where her elder sister was rape.
It should be note that four accuse are involve in the incident; two of them have been arrest, while two have escaped.
In this regard, the police have announced a reward of 10,000 rupees for helping in the arrest of the absconding accused.
